Health and Vitality

InterContinental® Fujairah Resort’s fitness studio helps you stay fit and toned. Our state-of-the-art facilities are open 6AM - 9PM, seven days a week. This gym features all the latest equipment, including treadmills, cross trainers, rowing machines, stationary bikes and a full set of free weights. Best of all, you can work up a sweat while taking in the spectacular views over the Arabian Sea. Personal Training classes available for our guests.

InterContinental® Fujairah Resort’s fitness centre helps you stay fit and toned. Our state-of-the-art facilities are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This gym features all the latest equipment, including treadmills, cross trainers, rowing machines, stationary bikes, stair machines and a full set of free weights. Best of all, you can work up a sweat while taking in the spectacular views over the Arabian Sea. The hotel also offers its guest EMS training. Electro Muscle Stimulation is used as a training tool, a rehabilitation and prevention tool. The impulses are generated by a device and delivered through electrodes on the skin directly above the muscle to be stimulated. EMS technology affects the whole body at once allowing for an ultra-fast, 20 min training time equivalent to up to 4x90 min tough workout at the gym.
